How Does it Work?

  1. Book a time and date directly with an Unraid Support expert or next available appointment
  2. Select Appointment type: Configuration or Troubleshooting
  3. Answer the support in-take questions, upload server diagnostics (if applicable), and Pay ($150/hour)
  4. Your Unraid Pro will confirm the appointment with a follow-up email with any follow-up questions they have and provide info on the remote assistance tool they will be using to remote into your server
